SAT
SAT is a standardized test which is primarily used for admissions in undergraduate programs in the United States. This test is conducted under the aegis of College Board, which is a private non-profit organization. From the year 2024 SAT has been converted into a purely Computer Based test with two sections : Evidence –based Reading and Writing (EBRW) and Math.
EXAM CONTENTMath
Reading comprehension, grammar and vocabulary skills are tested in the EBRW section, whereas, the Math section tests a candidate’s algebra, geometry, trigonometry and data analysis skills. Both the sections are assessed on a scale of 200 to 800 points, which makes the score range of 400 to 1600 points. The total marks is 1600.
As per the latest SAT pattern in 2024, the test is divided into four modules: two for EBRW and two for Math, where each module has a fixed number of questions and a fixed time limit. Candidates get 64 minutes to complete the Reading and Writing section and 70 minutes to complete the Math section SATThe SAT is an entrance exam used by colleges for admission purposes. It is a multiple choice, digital test created and administered by College Board.

Each module is of equal length with a 10 minute break between the Reading and Writing section and Math section.
